Heart Find Project

Heart Find is a kindness project in which we send a Pocket Pal to those who need it in difficult or unfortunate events. Often tragedy or challenging events occur in one's life and we want to send them kind words. If you know of someone who needs some encouragement send us an address to mail a heart.
